Welcome to Day 4 - We + the People!
Video Transcript: Forget what people think of you. I know, easier said than done, but it’s true. If you have naysayers in your life, stop trying to change their mind and focus on your inner vision, dream, and goal. And also stop judging people for what they do and have. Don’t judge others for how they spend money, who they’re with, what they post.
When you see something you like or something you like that another person has, accept it as your own! Congratulate them, understand that if they’re in your inner circle, the things you want are also very close to getting for you!
If you don’t have a supportive close circle, come up with a list of people in your life who have ever championed you. Maybe it’s your teacher in high school or a neighbor.
You can always meet new people in your field and make friends with people around town. You can join Facebook groups or classes or courses. And share your Goals and Dreams with them, so they know how to support you!
Who do you need to forgive that’s been eating at you? Who or what do you hold resentment against? Make a list and forgive, forgive, forgive those people. Easiest way is to think of the person or situation, and repeat “I forgive you, I forgive you, I forgive you,” and a Hawaiian forgiveness practice, Ho'oponopono, “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, and thank you,” until you feel better about each one.
